Cone Drying Machine

The range of CEDIT Cone Dryer are low energy requirement dryer for cones, in use in most dye-houses different production like wool, cotton, acrylic, viscose, polyester, mixed yarn etc. and very high efficiency. The CEDIT System exploits the lightly forced passage of hot air through the yarn, and through carefully avoiding strong pressure on its fibers, eliminates migration and yellowing problems. It achieves uniformity in the final residual moisture and perfectly conditioned yarn.

CEDIT Cone Dryers have been developed to the application of the latest Technologies aiming at providing maximum thermal efficiency with minimum power utilization, in full respect of optimal drying parameters (colors-temperature-speed).

CEDIT Cone Dryers provided with a system of automatic adjustment of the pressure of air/flow of air, in order for the dryer to automatically adapt these parameters to the density of cones loaded, as well as to the slight variations of density which the cones undergo during the drying process. The system allows as well a sensible reduction in power consumption which depends also on the quantity of material inside the dryer.
