Socks Fixing and Condition Machine

Standard operating pressure makes it possible to work up to 140 ° C. Door lock mechanism is designed to provide maximum safety. The machine  is produceds according to customer's request 250/500/750/1000/1250 and 1500 kg .

The machine is made of stainless steel.

• Operation Process:  With the fully automatic and interlocking steaming process, it enriches the appearance of yarns such as carpet, knitting and socks yarns by giving them the necessary toughness effect. In the steaming process, the shrinkage in the material is removed in every part of the yarn. Thus, the defects that may occur in the subsequent operations of the socks are eliminated. Using saturated steam ensures that the coldest sock absorbs more steam so that all sock temperatures can reach the same temperature and uniformity.
