Yarn Fixing and Condition Machine(Ø1530)
Standard operating pressure makes it possible to work up to 140 ° C. Door lock mechanism is designed to provide maximum safety. The machine is produceds according to customer's request 250/500/750/1000/1250 and 1500 kg .
The machine is made of stainless steel.
- Door Lock: Quick locking - Pneumatic plugging
- Steaming: Indirect exchanger and heat resistance are available.
- Carriers: Stainless steel carriers were designed according to the cone dimensions.
- High Capacity Vacuum Pump: For air discharge.
- Operation Process: Fully automatic and interlocked . The steaming process enhances the appearance of giving effect to the required toughness to carpet, knitting and socks yarns. Creases in the material in the steaming process is fixed in each section of the yarn . Thus, disturbances may occur in the yarn is removed in a later operation. Using saturated steam , the temperature of the coldest of all coil windings in order to come to the same grade level and provides more uniform amount of steam traction.
